Emergencies

In an Maintenance EMERGENCY contact the leasing office, you will be provided after hours contact information.

Usually, "emergency calls" that are really non-emergency calls sound something like this... "I noticed over the past week that one of the washing machines only has cold water and now I want to wash my white clothes." Or, "My doorbell stopped working two days ago. Could you send someone right over?"

Since everyone perceives the definition of an emergency differently, here is a list of what Arch Realty considers an emergency:

  • Catastrophic emergency (fire, explosion, etc.)
  • Water leaks (only if left until the next working day, will cause structural damage or destruction to personal possessions)
  • Gas leaks
  • Loss of electrical power
  • Complete loss of electric/gas to stove (one malfunctioning burner is not an emergency)
  • Hot water heater failure
  • Sewer backing up
  • Frozen pipes
  • Lock outs ($65 charge for emergency lockouts)
  • Inability to secure unit (because of broken lock or window)

When an emergency arises during normal office hours that requires immediate service, please contact the office.

To ensure speedy, professional maintenance services, please call or email all requests for non-emergency service to the office as they occur. If the office is not open you can leave a message on voice mail or submit a maintenance request on-line.
